- The Applicants fills the Application for Extension form available in the Customer Service Offices or apply online
- The form should be submitted/attached along with the following documents:-
- Copy of Identification Card
- Copy of Krooki and proof of ownership
- As built Drawing Plan approved by the Municipality
- The Customer Service will contact the applicant to pay for the load fee
