How to request for Tariff Change?
- The Customer fills the Application for a Service form and returns it to the Customer Services Department in the area or apply online
- An inspector will visits and records the last reading from the customer premises
- The Company will contact the Customer to pay the bill associated with the last reading
- After presenting the Payment Receipt, the Customer Service will send the request to Billing and Collection Contractor
