		Dhofar Power Company SAOG (‘DPC’) is a joint-stock company incorporated on 25 February 2001 in the Sultanate of Oman. DPC has entered into Concession Agreement dated 17 March 2001 with the Government of Sultanate of Oman, granting the Company the right to own, operate and maintain the Salalah Power System for the purpose of generating, transmitting, distributing and supplying electricity during the concession period from 1 May 2003 to 30 April 2023. DPC also has the obligation to plan and develop the Salalah Power system during the concession period.
